BEAUTIFUL BABY TILAPIA

Suitable for school years K+ / Adults / Families

Film length: 5 mins

This witty & poignant full-dome short film is about a little beautiful baby Tilapia swimming in a big river in search of her missing parents and siblings.

In a simple and metaphoric way, the story explains marine environmental issues to kids.

The cartoon is made in collaboration with Saint Augustine University Of Tanzania and Nyamalango primary school in Mwanza, Tanzania.

The movie works on many levels in that it is entirely suitable for children and adults alike.

All the illustrations were made by the primary school kids in Tanzania.

Perfect for Science Week.

Our school planetarium show includes a guided ‘What’s in the sky tonight’ presentation and a Solar System walkthrough covering relevant aspects of the NSW syllabus.
